Your account

• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.

Artist reviews

• Reviews must be based on genuine gig experience at the venue described.
• Do not post defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or knowingly false content.
• Reviews may be moderated before publication. We may edit, reject, or remove content that breaks these rules.

Venue listings and claims

• Venue representatives may only claim or request listings for venues they are authorised to represent.
• Official venue information should be accurate and kept up to date.
• Venue replies should be professional and must not harass reviewers.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate it on the platform. The Gig Advisor name, branding, and site design remain our property.

Limitation of liability

Reviews and venue information are provided by users. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not responsible for booking decisions you make based on site content. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
